In case of no-show or cancellation on the day, a cancellation fee of 500 yen per person will be charged.

If you have reserved a private room, you will also be charged an additional fee for the use of the room.

The credit card used to make the reservation will be used for payment.

It will be shown as "number of guests x 500 yen (including tax)" at the time of reservation, but the amount will not be settled at the time of reservation. This is only a credit card authorization inquiry, and is sent as a preliminary report when "provisional sales" are registered to the credit card. The only exceptions to this are "no-shows" and "cancellation on the day".

Debit card / Prepaid credit card

Unlike most credit cards, the amount of your reservation (number of guests x 500 yen (tax included)) will be deducted from your account immediately upon confirmation. However, if the customer comes to the store as booked, the store will process the refund and return the amount to the customer's account.

Due to the financial institution's system, it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account.

The period of time for the refund to be reflected in your account varies from financial institutions, so please contact to them directly.

Customers who "cancel without notice" or "cancel on the day" will not receive a refund.
