新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止の為、Disney HARVEST MARKET By CAFE COMPANYへご来店いただく前に必ずご一読いただき、実施いただくよう、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

①発熱や咳など異常が認められる場合は、店内飲食・物販ご利用をお断りいたします。

②マスクの着用をお願いします。

③ご入店前に行う非接触型検温にて、37.5度以上のお客様は入店をお断りします。

④ご入店前に息苦しさ(呼吸困難)、強いだるさ(倦怠感)、等の症状があるお客様、また同居の方に同様の症状の方がいないか確認を行い、症状のあるお客様にはご入店をお断りいたします。

※一緒に来店されたお連れ様は濃厚接触者の可能性があるため、入店をお断りします。

⑤ご入店前に、手指のアルコール消毒を必ずお願いいたします。

⑥物販スペースでも、商品等に触れる前にアルコール消毒をお願いいたします。

⑦スプーン、箸などの食器の共有、使い回しや、お客様同士のお酌、グラスやお猪口の回し飲みは避けていただけるよう、食器類を十分用意し、また場合によっては注意喚起を行わせていただきます。

⑧テーブルサービスで注文を受けるときは、お客様の側面に立ち可能な範囲で間隔を保ちます。配膳に関しても真正面での配置を極力避け、テーブルの　側面から提供を行います。

⑨店内の展示物等にはお触れにならないよう、お願いいたします。

⑩接触確認アプリ「COCOA」のご利用を推奨いたします。

Please cooperate in preventing infection with the new coronavirus.

①If you have a fever or cough, you will not be admitted.

②Please wear a mask.

③We check your temperature at the entrance. If you have a high temperature (37.5 ℃〜）, you will not be admitted.

④At the entrance, we check whether you have a difficulty in breathing or a malaise. Customers who have such condition will not be admitted.

※Because customers who come with have possibility of close contact person, they will not be admitted neither.

⑤At the entrance, please sanitize your hand.

⑥At the gift shop, please sanitize your hand before touching the items.

⑦Please avoid sharing eating utensils (spoons, chopsticks, glasses etc).

⑧When we ask your order at the table, we keep distance from you as much as possible. Also, we try to serve dishes from the side of you, not the front of you.

⑨Please do not touch a display in the store.

⑩We recommend the use of Contact Confirming Application (”COCOA”).
